During spring break, we decided to grab a picnic lunch and spend the afternoon at the LA County Arboretum. If you've never been there, you should go! The third Tuesday of the month (or something like that) it's free. ;)
We love to walk around and search for a peacock showing off it's spray of beautiful feathers for the ladies... or a giant turtle swimming in a pond... or a goose attack a child that pissed it off...or a bird dive into the water and catch a fish... or beautiful flowering trees... or odd looking plantlife...
In other words, it's a great place to stroll around and see some cool things... and we saw many awesome things that day!
